JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Business Development and Marketing. Key areas of work will include social media, presentations for proposal, content creation, client research, document database management, CRM maintenance and more. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well independently, as well as, with a dynamic team.

Marketing / Sales Support

  • Provide day-to-day marketing support for the Sales team as needed
  • Assist in RFP and Proposals for potential clients
  • Maintain Social Media content calendar and assist in execution of social strategy
  • Distribute website inbound leads to the sales team daily
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Compile monthly sales reports and industry reports as needed
  • Assist in developing content such as blogs, white papers and eBooks
  • Work with Hubspot for Website edits and CRM maintenance
  • Provide additional support to Director of Business Development and Marketing as needed

Additional Skills/ Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Windows Microsoft Office Proficiency is a must. (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adobe Photoshop, InDesign a PLUS.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Hubspot.com or similar CRM a PLUS
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Extremely organized, flexible, proactive and creative
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
