Job Description

In charge of managing all sales efforts in RAK offices in Asia – Singapore, Thailand and Philippines. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, overseeing warehouse management, and managing all administration efforts in Asia offices.  Regional Director Business Development, Asia will report to the Group Chief Operations Office.

  • Provide sales strategy and leadership for region
  • Work with other RAK offices on sales bids and servicing shared clients
  • Lead prospecting efforts regionally to develop new business for warehouse and freight
  • Monitor sales efforts of teams within region and compose reports to share with management
  • Oversee all operational efforts including warehouse and freight
  • Optimize all operational efforts by implementing and creating best practices
  • Ensure offices are operating 100% in compliance with government and company policies
  • Implement projects and policies at the regional level per direction of COO

Technical skills

  • Perfect command of all Supply Chain processes and their best practices (Product Master data management, Sales forecasting, procurement planning, stock management, customer orders treatment, 3rd parties logistics management (warehousing and transportation))
  • A good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Access for data Analysis and Handling
